Description

Kapoor kachri is a rhizomatous fragrant leafy herb with robust stem and is up to 1.5 m tall. Rhizomes have strong aromatic odour and bitter camphoraceous taste. They are white starchy and fragrant within. Bark is rough reddish-brown with few deep-seated fibrous rootlets.
